This is a really solid wooden drum that will take a lot of pounding and we all know that children tend to be rough with their toys. The drum is made sustainable wood and has rubber grips on teh base, a sturdy drum stick with a hard rubber end which bangs on the 'S' shape of the drum which creates 3 different tones. Music with Mummy teachers buy this drum from us and children make a bea line for it. Fabulous.
